Fall Tuition September-December

Policies 

We are committed to providing an excellent experience for our students, and we ask that all dancers adhere to the following policies for smooth and consistent operations:
 

1. Commitment
All students are required to commit to attending all classes for each season. This commitment ensures stability and progression in training.
 

2. Payment Schedule

Tuition is based on the number of classes taken each season. The total seasonal tuition is divided by the total number of classes offered throughout the season, resulting in a per-class rate. Payments are due monthly based on the number of classes scheduled for that month.

3. No Refunds or Reduced Fees for Missed Classes
There are no refunds or reduced fees for missed classes. We understand that life happens, but we are unable to offer make-up classes or credit for absences. We encourage students to attend all scheduled classes to maximize their progress.
 

4. Waiver Submission
All students must submit completed waivers before attending their first class. This waiver is a standard requirement to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

 

5. Late Fees

A 10% late fee will be charged for payments made 7+ days after the due date 
 

7. Automatic Billing
Monthly class fees can be automatically charged to the payment method on file in your studio pro account. Payments are due on the 1st of each month. You can opt out in or out on your studio pro account. 

8. Respectful Behavior
All students who attend class are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately. Failure to maintain respectful behavior may result in being asked to leave the class. 

 

9. Dress Code 

All students must wear appropriate dance attire and footwear. Appropriate dance attire should not restrict movement or expose undergarments. For Latin style classes, students should wear Latin heels/shoes or practice shoes. For Standard style classes, students should wear Standard heels/shoes or practice shoes. Please do not wear street shoes into the studio. If you do not have proper dance shoes, you may dance barefoot until you obtain proper footwear.
